RECIPE:
Mini Pita Pockets Hamburgers
Ingredients (makes 2)

2 x 4" Mini Pita Pockets
Lettuce
2 x Angel Bay Lite Burgers (80gm)
Mayonnaise
2 slices large tomato
2 slices fat reduced cheese

Instructions

o

Open the top of the Mini Pocket half way, along the seam with a knife.

o

Place the lettuce in the pocket.

o

Cook the burger, then stack with mayo, tomato then the cheese slice on top.

o

Place the stacked burger in the Mini Pocket.

o

Lightly grill the filled pocket in a sandwich press or griller for 1 minute, or place the filled pocket in a pie warmer to warm through.

RECIPE:
Sausage and Egg 'Breakfast Pocket'
Ingredients (makes 4)

4 Mission Mini Pita Pockets ( 1% Fat)
4 reduced fat sausage patties
4 jumbo eggs
2 slices reduced fat cheddar cheese cut in ½
Tomato or BBQ Sauce

Instructions

o

Cut pocket three-quarters of the way around

o

Warm in microwave for 10 sec

o

Cook the sausage patties and eggs

o

Stack one pattie, sauce, one egg and ½ slice of cheese.

o

Place in pocket

o

Grill in toaster or sandwich press for 1 min, or serve soft
