RECIPE:
Mini Pita Pockets Hamburgers |

| Ingredients
(makes 2) |
|
2 x 4" Mini Pita Pockets
Lettuce
2 x Angel
Bay Lite Burgers (80gm)
Mayonnaise
2 slices large tomato
2 slices fat reduced cheese

| Instructions

Open the top of the Mini
Pocket half way, along the seam with a knife.
|
|
o
|
Place the lettuce in the
pocket.
|
|
o
|
Cook the burger, then stack
with mayo, tomato then the cheese slice on top.
|
|
o
|
Place the stacked burger
in the Mini Pocket.
|
|
o
|
Lightly grill the filled
pocket in a sandwich press or griller for 1 minute,
or place the filled pocket in a pie warmer to
warm through.

1% Fat)
4 reduced fat sausage patties
4 jumbo eggs
2 slices reduced fat cheddar cheese cut in ½
Tomato or BBQ Sauce

Cut pocket three-quarters
of the way around
|
|
o
|
Warm in microwave for 10
sec
|
|
o
|
Cook the sausage patties
and eggs
|
|
o
|
Stack one pattie, sauce,
one egg and ½ slice of cheese.
|

o
|
Place in pocket
|
|
o
|
Grill in toaster or sandwich
press for 1 min, or serve soft
|
|
|
