Kiwifruit Smoothie
|

Serves: 3
|
|
Ingredients:
|
|
|
1 cup reduced fat milk
|
|
|
2 scoops reduced fat vanilla
ice-cream or reduced fat yoghurt
|
|
|
1 ripe banana, sliced
|
| |
2 tablespoons fresh mint
|
| |
2 New Zealand GREEN Kiwifruit,
peeled and finely diced
|
|
|
Directions:
|
|
1.
|
Blend the milk, ice-cream
or yoghurt, banana and mint together in a blender
until smooth
|
|
2.
|
Add the New Zealand GREEN
Kiwifruit, blend briefly, and then pour into glasses
|
|
3.
|
Serve immediately
|
