"Dot is 83 years old and has continued as a volunteer for 44 years. She leads a very active life, participating in tap dancing, skydiving, horse riding.

"Joan is 70 years old and has continued as a volunteer for 28 years. She also volunteers at her church and wheels disabled people from the Kingston Centre to church.

"These ladies have worked together twice a month."
