"Sue is an excellent canteen manager in every possible way.
She is very well organised and deals with all matters in a
professional way. Nothing is ever too much for Sue - whether
it is children who forget to put in lunch orders, or teachers
with quirky requests. Sue has an excellent rapport with the
children, but encourages them to use manners and show respect.
She is kind and caring and can remember which children have
lunch orders on which day. Above all, Sue has become a shining
example to us all over the past 12 months, losing an enormous
amount of weight (she's only half the woman she used to be!!)
and the health of the children at Echuca East is of utmost
importance as she plans and prepares the menu!"
